The PYY series single-cylinder hydraulic cone crusher is suitable for large and medium-sized sand and ore processing enterprises .It's used as a secondary, tertiary or fourth-grade fracture of ore, rock or rock-based materials. 

The equipment is characterized by high output,low cost,compacted stucture,convenient to operate,less maintenance ,wide range of application and high utilization rate.With PLC controlling system, it can be operated smoothly as well as reducing the labor cost. 

The capacity varies from 40 to 1000 t/h.

The crushing process is performed and completed through the mantle and bowl liner driven by  eccentric bushing.

1. Scope of application

The medium fracture type has a stable and large feed port and is used for secondary crushing(or even coarse crushing) of the material.

Optimized combination of breakage frequency and eccentricity keeps good cubic granularity of crushed material according with the laminated crushing.
